Join Abby and Sara for a rejuvenating mini retreat. This workshop will give you time and space to access deep levels of active relaxation through Mindful asana, Restorative Yoga, Reiki* and Pranayama. The combination of these practices lead to a state of receptivity in which all levels of the body can open to healing.
We will begin with a short asana sequence accessible to all levels. Abby will set you up with supporting props in a renewing sequence of Restorative Yoga poses coupled with guided Pranayama. While resting in the supported postures, Abby and Reiki practitioners will make their way around the room and offer Reiki to all the participants. Sara Auster, will guide us through a sound journey with her singing bowls, gongs and magic. The sound will soothe your soul and openly invite you to rest completely.
