Sound Meditation - 5-30 minute seated guided meditation with live singing bowls and tuning forks.
Sound Bath - 45-60 minute deeply immersive and meditative sound experience. Participants lie down with a blanket, pillow, and eye pillow to relax while listening to the soothing sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, and various overtone emitting instruments. May include vocal practices and team-building exercises.
Mindfulness & Team Building - 30-60 minute or full day/weekend retreat options are available and can include accessible mindfulness and team-building activities, discussion, listening/vocal and meditation practices. A program will be customized to fit the needs of your organization.
