Sound Therapist Sara Auster navigates the space between science and art as she intertwines the benefits of sound with a musician’s gift for creating moments of transcendence. She has been invited to present at conferences with subject matters ranging from health & wellness to tech innovation, design to palliative care, as well as music, art and dance festivals.

Talk + Sound Meditation - 10-15 talk + 10-20 minute seated guided meditation with live singing bowls and tuning forks.
Sound Meditation - 5-30 minute seated guided meditation with live singing bowls and tuning forks.
Sound Bath - 45-60 minute deeply immersive and meditative sound experience. Participants lie down with a blanket, pillow, and eye pillow to relax while listening to the soothing sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, and various overtone emitting instruments.
