End Well Symposium 2018

End Well Symposium 2018

Sound Therapist Sara Auster navigates the space between science and art as she intertwines the benefits of sound with a musician’s gift for creating moments of transcendence. She has been invited to present at conferences with subject matters ranging from health & wellness to tech innovation, design to palliative care, as well as music, art and dance festivals.

In addition to speaking, she provides a unique Sound Meditation experience that helps to:

  • Build awareness of self and environment

  • Facilitate compassionate communication among the attendees

  • Quiet the mind and integrate information

  • Diminish anxiety

  • Access inner peace and calm

  • Increase self-confidence and ability to connect to others

  • Enhance ability to listen and pay greater attention to details

Program Options:

  • Talk + Sound Meditation - 10-15 talk + 10-20 minute seated guided meditation with live singing bowls and tuning forks.

  • Sound Meditation - 5-30 minute seated guided meditation with live singing bowls and tuning forks.

  • Sound Bath - 45-60 minute deeply immersive and meditative sound experience. Participants lie down with a blanket, pillow, and eye pillow to relax while listening to the soothing sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, and various overtone emitting instruments.

It was so wonderful to start The Nantucket Project with a Sound Meditation. What a treat to see Sara make the group a single unified, unit. You could feel the impact. Truly beautiful.
