Still Life w/ Sara Auster & Alex Falk

Join Sara Auster and Alex Falk for a deeply immersive sound bath experience inside of Tibet House’s latest exhibition, ALCHI: Visions of Enlightenment.

Sara and Alex will guide a sound bath meditation using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other resonant acoustic instruments. Afterwards participants will have a private viewing of the exhibit, where they are invited to mindfully explore the ancient art and craft of the Alchi Monastery, a sacred Himalayan temple that for centuries has been a destination for art lovers and seekers alike.

Mats and chair seating will be provided. Participants are invited to bring a blanket or cushion for their personal comfort.

Summering: Sound & Solstice Retreat

Join Dr. Abby Paloma, Sara Auster, and Alex Falk for a summer weekend retreat at the Won Dharma Center in upstate New York. 

SUMMERING is an invitation to deeply connect with nature, indulge in joyful activities, and rejuvenate yourself in the summer sun. Immerse yourself in nourishing movement and stillness practices and restorative sound baths. Won Dharma Center sits on 426 acres overlooking rolling farmland and the spectacular sunsets over the Catskill Mountains. Enjoy over 7 miles of walking trails, quiet time, and starry filled nights. Won Dharma is conveniently located just 12 minutes from the town of Hudson and the Amtrak Hudson train station. 

The Weekend includes:

  • Meditation, movement and restorative practices

  • Sound Baths and seasonal wisdom talks

  • Delicious meals made with local ingredients

  • Plenty of free time for stillness and meandering summer hikes in nature

Arrival window is 3-5pm on Friday, June 21st. Dinner will be served at 5:30pm. 

Retreat closes 1pm Sunday, June 23rd after lunch

Summer Solstice Sound Bath

Join Sara Auster and Alex Falk for a deeply immersive experience of sound at The William Vale Hotel on TUESDAY, June 25th.

Come lay down, relax, and bathe in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. A Sound Bath is a meditative event that supports states of deep relaxation, where stress release and healing can occur. A gentle yet powerful experience for the mind and body.

Please note - doors will open at 6:15pm and we will begin promptly at 6:45pm

Participants are invited to bring a pillow or small blanket or scarf (towels will be provided but you're welcome to bring your own mat).
