Join Sara Auster and Alex Falk for a deeply immersive experience of sound in the grand ballroom of The William Vale Hotel on THURSDAY, February 27th. 

Come lay down, relax, and bathe in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. A Sound Bath is a meditative event that supports states of deep relaxation, where stress release and healing can occur. A gentle yet powerful experience for the mind and body. A custom scent blend for the season will be diffused throughout the space.

Please note - doors will open at 6:45pm and we will begin promptly at 7:20pm

Participants are invited to bring a pillow or small blanket or scarf (towels or mats will be provided but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer).
