All physical products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. For this reason, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue—we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the content has been delivered or accessed. If you encounter any technical issues, please reach out—we’ll make sure you receive your product.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Tickets are refundable (minus processing fees) if canceled 7 days or more before the event.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else—just let us know.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled by us, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to apply your ticket to a future offering.

*With the growing popularity of Sound Baths, it is important to me to preserve the integrity of this work and make sure that anyone who offers this work is properly trained. You must complete all homework assignments and be present for the entire training in order to be certified as a Sound Bath facilitator in this technique. In order to be able to offer the depth of this work in a responsible and highly skilled way, completion of the entire training is essential.
Cancellation Policy: 50% of the payment is non-refundable. Account credit only on the remaining 50% if you cancel within two weeks of start of the program. This account credit will have an expiration date of 1 year. Cancellations made with less than two weeks notice or leaving the training while in progress will not receive a credit or refund. Purchase of your space indicates acceptance of this policy.
