Join Sara Auster and Alex Falk at CariniLang, a distinctive Tribeca destination housed in a historic former bank and surrounded by beautiful handwoven carpets. 

Using resonant singing bowls and other instruments, Sara and Alex create an immersive sound experience that invites you to slow down, settle into the present moment, and discover the restorative possibilities of listening. With no effort required beyond getting comfortable and being open to the experience, you’ll have an opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

Set among the textures, colors, and craftsmanship of the carpets, this gathering offers a chance to experience sound in a space where artistry, material, and atmosphere come together.

No prior meditation or sound bath experience is necessary. Come as you are.

Please note - doors will open at 6:15pm and we will begin promptly at 6:45pm

Participants are invited to lay down on Carini's luxurious, handmade carpets and a collection of rare authentic vintage Moroccan rugs and Tibetan blankets, which will also be available for purchase. You are welcome to bring any additional items for your comfort including eye mask, pillow or blanket.
