Happy World Meditation Day! Love: The PAUSE app

There are moments in life that begin as a quiet whisper…

a simple idea…

a hope…

a feeling…

that there must be a gentler way to move through the world. Over the years, that whisper has become a practice, a community, and a shared invitation to pause. What began as gathering together in person to experience the healing resonance of sound has grown into something far beyond what I could have imagined. Again and again, you've reminded me that even a few moments of stillness can transform the way we meet ourselves and each other.

It is with that same spirit that I'm honored to share the next chapter of this journey. Today (May 21st, World Meditation Day), the PAUSE app has officially launched. More than an app, I hope it becomes a sanctuary you can carry with you, to return to whenever life feels noisy, uncertain, or simply asks too much of you. Whether you're at home, traveling, or taking a quiet moment between the demands of the day, PAUSE is designed to make the restorative power of sound and meditation available whenever you need it.

Inside, you'll find an ever-growing library of immersive sound baths, with new sessions and special programs added regularly to support your practice. You'll also discover a global community of fellow listeners, thoughtful reminders to help you cultivate moments of presence, and the ability to save your favorite sessions or download them for times when you're offline. Every detail has been created with intention, to make your experience feel effortless, calming, and deeply supportive.

None of this would exist without you. Your presence, trust, and willingness to slow down alongside me have shaped this community in ways that continue to inspire me every day. Thank you for believing in this work and for reminding me that healing is something we cultivate together. I can't wait to welcome you into the PAUSE app and to continue this journey of rest, reflection, and connection…

one breath…

one sound…

one moment at a time.
